“ Arguably the best ramen in Nashville that I've had. I'm not vegan, but their vegan bowl is one of my favorites! You order and pay for the food from your phone and their menu is quite small. You can see if they are offering any specials on their Instagram. The garlic ramen, is not for the faint of heart - it's delicious and extremely garlicky. Parking in the area is free for 2 hours! The bar it is inside is not the largest, but the seating area outside has heaters and is perfect for when the weather is nice! ”

I would have preferred to see a menu at the table so that we could get each other drinks rather than going in waves. We began with the gyoza which was incredible, but sadly when its good, there is never enough. The garlic style ramen will rate very high compared to all ramen. Warning: The amount of garlic is excessive; probably a metric ton. If you only like garlic, skip this; the garlic is going directly to your vein. But the flavor is immaculate all around. I would have loved a bit more protein, but it was great how it was. I can't wait to go back. ”

“ Let's all be thankful for this legit ramen spot in our town. It's taken me forever to get over here but man I'm glad I did & now it's going to be in my regular rotation. I got the garlic version & it was so damn packed full of flavor I was shaken. My first ramen was had in Tokyo so I try to not be a snob & complain too much about sub par ramen here in the states which is so often trash & not worth the money. That is so not the case at Black Dynasty & we should all be so glad. The crispy Onigiri was slamming as well. Great spot to snuggle up to the bar or grab a booth with friends for beer & some slurping. They are really putting so much effort & knowledge into their craft & I love them for it. ”
